Beautiful Hair and Nails

Having healthy dancing hair, with a beautiful sheen, adds greatly to one's beauty. Taking care of hair is important and is the subject of focus for most beauty experts. Nails too, both on the toes and the fingers, could be a good indication of how well you take care of your body.

Although many people go for expensive procedures and use various chemicals for better hair, simple tips could do the job better without any side effects. For example, half a cup of plain yogurt, a table spoon of honey and one egg yolk, when applied to the hair and covered for around 20 minutes would soften and smooth hair while moisturizing any damaged hair. Similarly, whipping 2 whole eggs with 4 table spoons of olive oil when applied to hair thoroughly give it a healthier look and smooth feel. Ripe banana and a few drops of almond oil could be applied to the hair and then washed away by soda and shampoo to condition the hair and add a satin touch to it.

For the nails, getting rid of dirt is important before any other treatments. Soaking the fingers or toes in warm water mixed with some lemon juice and olive oil helps to softening the cuticles and loosen any dirt which can then be removed easily. Applying a base coat with soft brush and then applying nail polish keep the nails healthy and in good shape. The surface of the nails can also be cleaned with an astringent and a cotton swab.
